Poplar Defeats Harlem In Conference Action

The Poplar Indians swept Harlem in District 2B volleyball action at home on Friday, Sept. 6.

Poplar earned a 25-17, 25-12, 25-23, conference victory.

Braelyn Nordwick enjoyed a solid match for the Indians with nine kills and three aces. Angelina Escarcega finished with 24 digs. Rebecca Gorder led Poplar’s offense with 13 assists.

Lilliana O’Neal, a 5-11 junior, had three blocks in the win.

The Indians will travel to Wolf Point on Thursday, Sept. 12.
