Lady Bearcubs Record Win Over Lustre

Frazer’s Lady Bearcubs bucketed a win over the Lustre Christian Lady Lions in Frazer Saturday, Feb. 8. The Lustre boys prevailed over Frazer.

The Frazer girls led at the first two quarter stops, taking a 28-21 lead into intermission. A 10-10 third stanza was followed by a 13-9 fourth period in Lustre’s favor. The final tally was 47-44.

Frazer’s Keylandra St. Marks recorded a game-high 23 points.

Lustre’s Alexa Reddig and Amber Reddig led the Lady Lions with 16 and 15 points respectively.

The Lustre boys controlled all four quarters for a 74-29 finish.

Lustre’s Kolden Hoversland posted a game-high 19 points followed by Elijah Lenihan with 18 and Terry Allmer with 15.

Klein Ackerman led the Bearcubs with 16 points.

The Lady Bearcubs also beat Nashua 57-45 Thursday, Feb. 6.

In the boys’ game, the Porcupines topped the Bearcubs 68-32.
