Big Muddy Tournament Held
The Culbertson/Froid/Lake baseball team earned second place at the Majors' level during the Big Muddy Tournament held in Plentywood.
After losing against Scobey on Saturday, the Cubs bounced back with a 4-3 victory over Plentywood on Sunday. Culbertson-Froid-Lake jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first inning.
The Cubs fell short against Scobey, 9-0, in the title game.
In the Minor League tournament, Culbertson lost two contests against Froid/Medicine Lake.
Scobey downed Froid/Lake in the championship game.
