Medical Emergency Under Investigation By FBI

Not much has been released by local law enforcement regarding an incident that occurred Saturday, July 25.

The Wolf Point Police Department reported that their officer was dispatched to assist with a medical emergency on the 100 block of Fairweather Street at 1 a.m. Saturday morning. An ambulance was also dispatched.

After the WPPD officer’s arrival, assistance from the Fort Peck Tribes Criminal Investigators was requested and the incident was turned over to the Tribes.

As of Monday, July 27, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was handling the investigation of the incident.

No further details were available as of press time.
