July 27

Kameron Beston, 18, male, 600 block of U.S. Highway 2 East, reckless driving, tribal court.

July 28

Patricia Stennes, 69, female, First Avenue South and Dawson Street, right-of-way violation/ fail to yield, municipal court.

Joshua Staggenborg, 34, male, First Avenue South and Dawson Street, failure to provide valid insurance and operating with expired registration, municipal court.

Kaylee Hufford, 32, female, 400 block of U.S. Highway 2, disorderly conduct, tribal court.

July 30

Jessica Robles, 35, female, 400 block of Blaine Street, partner/family member assault, municipal court.

Malia McNabb, 22, female, 100 block of Prospect Drive, disorderly conduct, municipal court.

July 31

William Mail, 28, male, 300 block of Second Avenue South, disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Michael Thomas, 41, male, Front Street, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property, municipal court.

Agnes Spotted Wolf, 63, female, 400 block of U.S. Highway 2, two counts of theft, municipal court.

Cody Corne, 35, male, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, operating with expired registration, no insurance and driving without a license, tribal court.

August 2

Norman Owens Sr., 49 ,male, 500 block of Main Street, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Sheldon Smoker, 32, male, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, operating with expired registration, driving without a license and no insurance, tribal court.

Lionel White, 36, male, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, warrant, tribal court.

Seventeen-year-old male, 100 block of Custer Street alley, resisting arrest, aggravated disorderly conduct, minor in possession and curfew violation, tribal court.

Concetta Toavs, 26, female, 400 block of U.S. Highway 2, disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Fire Blotter July 28: One truck and command responded at 7:19 p.m. to a grass fire four miles east of Wolf Point.

One truck and command were called to the west end of the Wolf Point lagoon at 1:29 a.m.

July 30: One truck and command responded to a report of a gas smell at Yellowstone Villas on Edgar Street at 1:36 p.m.

One truck and command responded to a grass fire at Wolf Creek Road east of town at 11:32 p.m.

July 31: Two trucks and command were called to a grass fire near the homeless huts behind the Sherman Inn at 11:32 p.m.

Aug. 1: Six trucks and command responded to a grass fire two miles south on BIA Route 1 at 4:53 p.m.

Aug. 2: Two trucks and command were dispatched two miles south of BIA Route 1 at 4:40 p.m.

Three trucks and command were dispatched to the southeast side of the lagoon in Wolf Point at 7:37 p.m.

Four trucks and command were sent back to the lagoon at 9:25 p.m.

Aug. 3: Two trucks and command were called to a grass fire at Road 2056 at 12:01 a.m.

Two trucks and command were dispatched to Swimming Pool Road at 3:45 p.m.

Two trucks were called to a rekindle two miles south on BIA Route 1 at 7:22 p.m.
