August 10

Danny Martin, 36, male, 500 block of Blaine Street, neglect of a child (three counts) and unlawful sale/use/abuse/ possession of prescription medication, tribal court.

Melanie Jackson, 38, female, 500 block of Blaine Street, endangering welfare of a child (three counts), tribal court.

Kiyen Andrews, 20, male, 100 block of Indian Street, Assault by strangling or suffocation and partner/family member assault, tribal court.

Andrew Firemoon, 34, male, First Avenue South and Granville Street, disorderly conduct, tribal court.

August 10

Jaray Battiest, 24, male, 400 block of U.S. Highway 2, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, tribal court.

August 11

Fire Blotter Aug. 12: At 11:16 p.m., a grass fire was reported at 1000 block of West Ash Street. Two trucks and command responded. At 11:50 p.m., a grass fire was reported three miles north on Highway 250. One truck and command responded.

Aug. 16: At 3:51 a.m., a grass fire on Dumpground Road was reported. Two trucks and command responded.

Three trucks and command responded to a car fire very close to a residence in the Airport Addition at 7:23 p.m.
