The Treasures’ complaint concludes by accusing the tribes of negligence and nuisance and trespass for allowing the fire onto their property. The complaint also accuses the BIA of negligence.

The complaint requests punitive damages from the Fort Peck Tribes and compensation from the other defendants as the court deems appropriate.
