Seventeen-year-old male, 700 block of Johnson Street, aggravated disorderly conduct and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, tribal court.

September 19

Mervin Garfield Jr., 25, male, 200 block of Front Street, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Richard Campbell, 67, male, 400 block of Main Street, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Craig Grimsrud, 67, male, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue North, operating a motor vehicle with expired registration and no insurance, municipal court.

Fire Blotter Sept. 16: A structure fire was reported on the corner of Third Avenue South and Granville Street. One truck and command responded.

At 1:51 p.m., one truck and command responded to a pallet fire on Fifth Avenue South and Alder Street.

Sept. 17: One truck and command responded to a grass fire on Pumpkin Hill/ King Cemetery at 3:47 p.m.

Sept. 18: One truck and command responded to a motor vehicle accident on BIA Route 1 in the Frontier School/Cowboy Palace area.

Sept. 19: One truck and command responded to a grass fire on Pumpkin Hill/ King Cemetery at 12:43 p.m.

One truck and command responded to a grass fire on Pumpkin Hill/King Cemetery at 4:43 p.m.

Sept. 20: Two trucks and command responded to a reported fire at 5:18 p.m. However, no fire was found.
