Red Hawks Score Volleyball Wins

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks capped off a successful volleyball week by beating Lustre Christian, 25-13, 25-14, 25-13, at home on Friday, Sept. 25.

The Red Hawks also earned victories over Scobey and Bainville during the week.

“We played well, but we can play better,” sophomore Baylee Davidson said of the victories. “I’m happy with how we did.”

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks scored an impressive home volleyball victory over Scobey on Tuesday night, Sept. 22.

The Red Hawks downed Scobey, 25-9, 25-15, 25-14, in the conference match.

“I was rather pleased with our efforts especially with not having our whole team playing,” Coach Kiah Smith said. “We were down a player. Desani Nesbit is recovering from an injury so she will be absent this week.”

The Red Haws will face Savage in Froid on Thursday, Oct. 1.
