Sixteen-year-old male, 200 block of Custer Street, carrying concealed weapon; criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, tribal court.

September 30

Precious Wetsit, 27, female, 100 block of Third Avenue South, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed dangerous weapon, tribal court.

October 1

Marqueese Porras, 24, male, Third Avenue South and Main Street, driving in violation of an order of the court and driving without a license, tribal court.

Concetta Toavs, 26, female, 100 block of East Front Street, fleeing from or eluding peace officer, disorderly conduct and public intoxication, tribal court.

October 2

Orville Archdale, 23, male, Sixth Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, operating without liability insurance in effect, driving without a license and no registration, tribal court.

October 4

D’Etta Damare, 46, female, U.S. Highway 2 and First Avenue, driving without a valid driver’s license, tribal court.

Fire Blotter Oct. 4: At 6:56 p.m., a grass fire was reported nine miles north on Windy Hill Road/ Road 1070. Two trucks and command responded.
