Culbertson School Jobs for Montana Graduates are hosting a nighttime event Monday, Oct. 22, to support suicide prevention efforts during Red Ribbon Week.

Registration opens at 5:30 p.m. and the race begins at 6 p.m. at the Culbertson football field. The event will cost $10 for adults and $5 for kids fourth grade and under.

Swag bags are being provided by the Montana National Guard. All entrants will receive free swag bags and glow items. All proceeds will be used to support QPR and suicide prevention.

Mary Machart said, the event will include a socially distanced visit to Roosevelt Medical Center to share the activity with residents and staff, many of whom have been under quarantine related to COVID-19.

“The residents can now eat in the dining room again-so we will be led to RMC with our glow items and walk by the window to say hello after their supper,” said Machart.

Members of the Montana National Guard will work with local Boy Scouts to present the colors at the Glow run.
