Sorley New To First Grade At Southside School

Jane Sorley is a new first grade teacher at Southside School. Sorely was emergency certified this year and is currently pursuing a degree at Eastern Gateway Community College in Steubenville, Ohio.

Sorely is from the Missoula area. She said she met husband, Ethan Sorley, whose family ranches out of Wolf Point, while she was attending classes in nursing at Miles City Community College. This is her sixth year in Wolf Point.

Sorley’s hobbies include outdoor activities like hunting and indoor pursuits like crocheting.

“I’m crocheting a sweater for my sister right now,” she said.

She also listed baking as one of her passions, though she admits she hasn’t had much time since taking on first grade.
