Hustad Joins Northern Plains News Team
My name is Christian Hustad. I was born in Wolf Point and raised by DeLee Hustad and Joshua Jackson. After finishing high school in Tucson, Ariz., I attended Fort Peck Community College, where I earned my associate’s degree in general studies. I spent a few years studying chemistry and general engineering and eventually transferred to Montana State University in Bozeman.
Life in the laboratory lost its charm, so I switched to MSU’s writing program.
Once I returned to Wolf Point, my job search started and led me to Agland Co-Op, where I worked previously.
In addition to Agland, I was determined to do something more in line with my education and skills. Fortunately for me, the crew at the Northern Plains Independent was willing to take me on as an intern. Now, I serve the community at the store and at the paper too. I hope to accomplish a lot with my time and will make it my duty to improve the com- munity.
