Froid BPA Fundraiser Set For Nov 21-22
The Froid branch of Business Professionals of America is hosting a fundraiser at Faith Farm Christian Fellowship Church Saturday, Nov. 21, and Sunday, Nov. 22, beginning at 3 p.m.
All monies raised will be donated to the BPA program. Calie Wineinger will be at the church making and selling lefse to supporters.
“Froid BPA members usually sell as a chapter,” said Wineinger, “but we can’t use the school cafeteria this year so I’m going to make it with volunteer help and donate to the chapter.”
Wineinger invites the community to sample her efforts ($15 for a baker’s dozen) and/or help her with peeling potatoes. She also suggested supporters consider making a batch at home to contribute. She said recipes are available for anyone interested.
