Bulldogs Post Victory Over Brockton

The Bainville Bulldogs posted a 61-40 boys’ basketball league victory over Brockton on Friday, Jan. 22.

Bainville gained a 17-6 lead in the first quarter. Kaden Hansen scored six and Jesse Strickland scored five in the quarter.

After leading 28-19 at the half, the Bulldogs accounted for 18 points in the third quarter for a 46-25 advantage. Braeden Romo scored eight points in the quarter.

Bainville’s top scorers for the game were Romo with 23 and Strickland with 16 points. Adding six points each were Hansen, Sam Butikofer and Chuck Butikofer. Ayden Knudsen had two points.

Leading Brockton were Allen Russell III with 12 and Malcom Yellow Hammer with 10 points.

Rounding out the scoring were Treydyn Bauer with nine, QuinnDale Pretty Paint with five, Wambidi Yellow Hammer with two and Aden DeMarrias with two.
