All Grades Participate In Culbertson School Science Fair
One hundred fifteen students from Culbertson School grades K-8 participated in the science fair that was held on Thursday, Feb. 11. Kindergarten through third grade participation was optional. Participation was required for grades four through eight.
Medals were awarded to members of each grade with the highest score. For fourth grade, Harper Anderson’s “Super Soap VS Supreme Sanitizer” was the winner. Sixth grade featured a tie between Harrison Green’s “Can Artificial Gravity Become A Space Travel Reality?” and Payton Labatte’s “Do I Have Filthy Animals?” For seventh grade, Ivy Colvin won with “Hocus, Pocus, Focus!” Eighth graders Mark Kirkaldie and Bridger Salvevold won with “Friction Addiction.”
Blue ribbon recipients from grades K-3 included Flint Solem, Tanner Hughes, Lynn Bets His Medicine, Boone VandenBos, Jonathan Taberna, Gauge Smith, Parker Steppler, Memphis Heard, Aubrey Lee, Harper Struna, Ellie Shanks, Kynzie Smith, Aeryn Ator, Taylor Arneson, Paisley Featherston, Juliet Jaimes and Jaclynne Taberna.
Blue ribbons also went to the following students from grades 4-8: Sublime Cady, Brooks Solem, Mark Kirkaldie, Bridger Salvevold, Ivy Colvin, Ayden Ator, Logan Berwick, Payton Labatte, Harrison Green, Harper Anderson, Cal Steppler, Emma Berwick, Gerald Happ, Lauren Rumsey, Hayden Hauenstein, Trevor Miller and Trever Powell.
