Froid/Lake Boys Defeat Plentywood

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks knocked off Plentywood by a 70-32 margin on the road on Friday, Feb. 12.

Froid/Lake jumped out to a 29-15 lead in the first quarter. Bode Miller accounted for eight points in the quarter. Javonne Nesbit added seven points.

The Red Hawks enjoyed a 43-18 half-time advantage.

Reaching double figures for the Red Hawks were Colt Miller with 14, Mason Dethman with 14, B. Miller with 13 and Nesbit with 10.

Rounding out the scoring were Walker Ator with seven, Tyler Wivholm with six, Caden Kelm with three, Ashdyn Hobbs with two and Brett Stentoft with one.

Reese Wirtz scored eight points for the Wildcats.

The Red Hawks finished the regular season as the league’s top seed with an undefeated record in conference play.
