Labatte Enjoys Success For Tetons

Froid native Sydney Labatte is making quite an impression in her freshman year at Williston State College.

Labatte is currently a standout for both the college’s volleyball and basketball teams.

The freshman ranks first on the volleyball team with 69 kills.

In a victory over Dakota College of Bottineau on Feb. 17, Labatte scored 10 kills.

On the basketball court, she ranks third on the team with an average of 10.1 points per contest. She ranks third with an average of 5.6 rebounds per game.

In a 64-49 victory over United Tribes, Labatte led the Tetons with 15 points.

Froid native Haley Labatte, a sophomore, ranks third on Williston State College’s team with 54 kills this season.

Haley Labatte had seven kills in the victory over Bottineau.
