Eastern C Track Athletes Qualify For State Meet

Culbertson’s Abbey Granbois and Megan Granbois have each qualified for the Class C state track meet by clearing 5-0 in the high jump. Abbey is a senior and Megan is a sophomore.

Other Eastern C girls who have recorded state qualifying times or distances have included Savage’s Brooke Reuter in the 100 and triple jump, Plentywood’s Annie Kaul in the 3200, Hinsdale’s Kaitlyn McColly in the triple jump and pole vault, Plentywood’s Liv Wangerin in the high jump, Saco’s Teagan Erickson in the high jump, Fairview’s Teigan Taylor in the pole vault, Fairview’s Jadyn Gackle in the shot put and Circle’s Ryann Moline in the discus.

Eastern C boys with state qualifying times or distances include Richey/Lambert’s Samuel Smith in the 1600 and 3200, Hinsdale’s Jesse Lee in the high jump, Fairview’s Paul Hardy in the discus and Whitewater’s Beau Simonson in the discus.
