Perez Faces Drug-related Charges

Christian Alexander Perez was scheduled to appear in district court on Tuesday, May 25, regarding two drug related charges.

Perez is facing the felony offenses of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute and criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

According to court records, Perez was arrested on April 24, in Wolf Point with 18.44 grams of meth.

On March 23 in district court, Perez made not guilty pleas for the charges of criminal possession of drugs, a felony, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

His trial was scheduled for June 17.
