Smokehouse BBQ Opens In Wolf Point
The new hot spot in Wolf Point is Smokehouse BBQ Subs & Grub located at 228 U.S. Highway 2.
Kerry Cash, owner of the restaurant, is thankful for the community’s support during its first few weeks of business.
“I always wanted to own a sandwich deli,” Cash said of why she opened the restaurant.
The location features a nicely re-decorated eating area. Business hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays. Phone number is 406-653-BBQ1, Cash said that brisket items so far are her best seller.
“We can’t make enough brisket,” she laughed.
Selections for cold subs and salads include turkey, ham, roast beef, California club (turkey, bacon, cheddar, guacamole), the Wolf Club (ham, turkey, bacon, swiss, cheddar), the Fab 5 (ham, turkey, hard salami, jack and swiss), the Godfather (Genoa salami, hard salami, pepperoni, pepperoncinis and provolone), the Brooklyn (pastrami, swiss, coleslaw and 1,000 Island), tuna salad and crab salad.
Barbecue entrees include smoked St. Louis ribs, brisket, pulled pork, double combo, triple combo and smoked half chicken.
Hot subs are french dip, philly, bleu bacon brisket, jalapeno brisket, jalapeno pork, jalapeno chicken, meatball, pizza, Cuban, BBQ brisket, BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, ultimate cheese, ultimate ham and cheese and grilled veggie.
Smokehouse also offers the Biggie Burrito, Pork Verde Burrito, Brisket Burrito and Chicken Verde Burrito.
