Wolf Point Hosts AAU Golf Tourney

The Wolf Point Airport Golf Course was the site for the Wolf Point and Poplar AAU state golf tournament on Saturday, July 24.

Wolf Point’s Dana Matejovsky serves as the AAU state golf director.

“One of the reasons that I took the state AAU position was to get kids out to play,” Matejovsky said.

The tournament in Wolf Point featured 18 golfers between the ages of 7-18.

Those golfers came from Wolf Point, Poplar, Sidney, Butte, Malta and Whitefish.

There were also 11 adults golfing between the ages of 19-73 years old.
