Canada Opens Border For Non-Essential Travel
As of Monday, Aug. 9, fully vaccinated U.S. citizens can enter Canada for non-essential reasons such as tourism.
Requirements being enforced by the Canadian government for entering the country include: Being fully vaccinated, having a valid pre-arrival COVID-19 molecular test result, be asymptomatic and submit mandatory information via ArriveCAN.
People must prove that they received their final vaccination shot at least 14 days before traveling.
