Talley Makes Not Guilty Plea In Federal Court

Dejarreh La’kean Talley, aka “DJ” Talley, 23, of Philadelphia, Miss., has appeared in Great Falls before U.S. Magistrate Judge John T. Johnston on charges of burglary.

Talley made the plea of not guilty on Aug. 3.

Talley faces a maximum 20 years in prison, a $50,000 fine and three years of supervised release. Talley was detained pending further proceedings. The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Fort Peck Law Enforcement investigated the case.

According to court document, Talley knowingly entered and remained unlawfully within a residence in Poplar on June 30, 2020.
