Organizers Cancel Annual Wagon Trail

Organizers from the Culbertson Saddle Club have announced the cancellation of the 54th annual Wagon Train. They cited fire safety concerns as the primary reason for the decision.

A social media post dated Aug. 17, stated, “We are sad to announce the cancellation of the 54th annual Wagon Train. We appreciate everyone who travels from near and far to attend the event, but with the extreme drought we have experienced this spring and summer we do not feel that it is safe to have the wagon train. Thank you all for understanding and we hope to be back next September! Please help spread the word to those you know who attend but don’t have Facebook!”
