Culbertson To Host Tourney On Saturday

Culbertson will host an eight-team tournament to kick off the volleyball season on Saturday, Aug. 28.

Action begins at 8 a.m. with pool play at Culbertson High School. Pool play will be used for seeding with a single-elimination tournament following pool play.

Pool A will consist of Culbertson, Lustre Christian, Scobey and Savage. Culbertson faces Savage at 8 a.m. Lustre then plays Savage in first-round action. Scobey plays Culbertson in the third match.

Pool B features Froid/Lake, Bainville, Scobey’s JVs and Nashua. Froid/Lake opens against Bainville at 8 a.m. Nashua plays Scobey’s JVs in the first round.
