Wolf Point Man Dies In Train, ATV Crash

A 27-year-old Wolf Point man was killed from injuries suffered when his ATV was hit by an oncoming train at about 1 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 12.

The Montana Highway Patrol reports that the man was southbound on a Honda four-wheeler near the intersection of Sixth Street and C Street in Oswego. The train, heading west, hit the four-wheeler when the man attempted to drive across the railroad tracks. The man died at the scene.

The incident is still under investigation.
