FourStar Recognized For Art Work
A Wolf Point High School student has recently been recognized for her art work.
Kamea FourStar’s entry is being used as the stage II fire restriction message card for the Lolo National Forest and 2021 Western Montana Fire Prevention Team.
A letter to the Wolf Point School District reads, “The Lolo National Forest and the 2021 Western Montana Fire Prevention Team would like to recognize the Wolf Point High School student Kamea FourStar and the Wolf Point High School art department for participating in the annual Keep Montana Green Art Contest. Inspired by Kamea’s creativity and skill, the prevention team choose Kamea’s artwork to be used in a statewide wildfire prevention campaign.”
The fire presentation team sent FourStar a few items from Smokey Bear in honor of the achievement.
