Wolves Fall To Fairfield Team In Conference Action


The Wolf Point Wolves lost by a 57-0 final during conference football action in Fairfield on Friday, Oct. 8.
Wolf Point started the game off on a strong note when a long pass play to Kraven Silk led the Wolves as deep as the Fairfield 12. A third-down quarterback sack by Fairfield helped end the Wolves’ scoring threat.
Fairfield scored three touchdowns, including one off a fumble recovery on a kickoff, in the first quarter.
The Eagles added three more touchdowns in the second quarter for a 44-0 halftime advantage.
Fairfield reached the end zone twice in the third quarter.
The Wolves will host Conrad starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 15.
