Man Faces Charge In District Court
Antonio Hernandez is facing the charge of use or possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture.
He is scheduled to make his initial appearance in district court in Wolf Point on Dec. 15.
If convicted of the charge, Hernandez faces maximum penalties of 10 years in prison, a $5,000 fine or both.
After he was arrested on April 5 for obstructing a peace officer during a traffic stop, $5,837.61 in cash was discovered during his booking.
At that time, Hernandez was on probation for criminal distribution out of Havre.
