County Has Nine COVID Hospitalizations
As of Sunday, Oct. 31, Roosevelt County has 81 active cases and nine current hospitalization. There have been 58 COVID-related deaths reported in the county.
Daniels County had six active cases as of Monday, Nov. 1. The county has 275 recovered cases and 290 cumulative cases. Nine deaths have occurred due to COVID-19 and/or complications.
In McCone County, there are six active cases as of Monday, Nov. 1. There are 262 recovered cases. There have been three COVID-related deaths. For Richland County, there are 26 active cases and 1,710 recovered cases as of Monday, Nov. 1. Total COVID-related deaths are 21. There have been 1,757 total cases.
Statewide
According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 176,976 since the start of the pandemic. There have been 2,026,499 tests conducted.
Around the state, there are 9,528 active cases. There are 395 active hospitalizations. By Monday, Nov. 1, a total of 2,366 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 165,082 people have recovered.
Though there is no state mask mandate, local jurisdictions may still choose to implement their own mask requirements. Gov. Gianforte emphasized how providing incentives and encouraging personal responsibility are more effective than imposing unenforceable government mandates.
Vaccine Doses
In Roosevelt County, 8,126 total doses have been administered. There have been 4,020 or 48 percent fully immunizations.
As of Monday, Nov. 1, 1,105,541 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 505,703 or 55 percent fully immunized Montanans.
