Trunk Or Treat Takes The Party Indoors
Ashlee Anderson and community organizations gathered at the Old Armory in Culbertson Oct. 31 to celebrate the holiday and raise funds for the Church of Grace & Peace Wednesday School. Participating groups included CHS Football, the Culbertson Library, First Community Bank, Jobs for Montana Graduates, Richland Federal Credit Union, Wild West Diner and the Culbertson Women’s Club.
The original plan was to host the event outside at the football field, but conditions prompted a change of venue.
Said Anderson, “Great attendance and fundraising for the Wednesday School. I suggested the location change when I saw how cold it was going to be. We initially went with the football field two years ago because of COVID so people could have space but I definitely think we will keep it at the armory going forward and incorporate our bake sale like we’ve done in the past.”
Anderson said next year’s event is already in the planing stages, with organizers considering themes. For more information, visit the group’s Facebook page.
