Extreme cold wind-chill temperatures have settled in to eastern Montana, including Lustre. We have had -8, -13, -20 for temps, but -35 degree windchill (Fahrenheit). This snow made a beautiful white Christmas and is welcome moisture for the fields.
Lustre Christian High School boys won both their games (Bainville, Scobey) the week before Christmas.
School at Lustre resumes Jan. 4 with Honors Band and Choir, and Frazer coming to Lustre for basketball on Jan. 7.
The Lustre EMB Church looks forward to Jan. 9 when Sam and Debbie Dick’s son Brian and Susanna and family come to present their plans to work in Spain with youth.
