Commissioners Reappoint Arthur To Planning Board

The Roosevelt County Commissioners had a light agenda during its weekly meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 25.

Ron Arthur of Culbertson was approved to continue serving on the county’s planning board.

“He’s been on for a long time,” commissioner Gordon Oelkers noted.

Commissioner Duane Nygaard made the motion to approve Arthur. The motion was seconded by commissioner Gary Macdonald and approved unanimously.

Earlier this month, Larry Burshia and Jerald Petersen were reappointed to the planning board.

The commissioners also approved the treasurer’s report of investment and pledge securities of Dec. 31, 2021.

Claims for the amount of $47,397.02 were approved.
