Bainville Girls Outscore Richey/Lambert

Big offensive nights from Elsie Wilson and Hailey Berwick led Bainville’s girls’ basketball squad over the Richey/Lambert Fusion, 64-57, on Friday, Feb. 4.

Wilson scored 27 points and Berwick finished with 22 points in the league victory.

Bainville took a 17-12 lead in the first quarter but trailed by a 33-23 half-time margin.

The Bulldogs bounced back with 18 points in the third quarter to close the gap to 43-41.

Bainville accounted for 23 points in the fourth period to earn the victory.

Also scoring for the Bulldogs were Lakynn Rabbe with eight, Kaitlyn Adkins with two, Tally Berwick with two, Miah Pippenger with two and Brecklyn Pippenger with one point.

Leading the Fusion were Shaelyn Williams with 18, Kiera Rains with 13 and Lauren Prevost with 10 points.
