Bulldogs Score At Glasgow Track Meet

Bainville’s track squad put together a strong effort during its season-opening meet in Glasgow on Friday, April 1.

Charles Butikofer enjoyed a good meet as he placed third in the high jump by clearing 5-8, took seventh in the javelin at 123-09 and placed eighth in the long jump at 17-2, Ayden Knudsen finished eighth in the 3200 with a time of 12:18.89 and took 12th in the 1600 at 5:44.20.

Samuel Butikofer cleared 5-6 to earn sixth place in the high jump.

Leading Bainville’s girls was Brecklyn Pippenger as she took 15th in the shot put, 15th in the javelin and 23rd in the discus.

Miah Pippenger took 15th in the shot put, 28th in the discus and 37th in the javelin.

The Bulldogs will compete in Lambert on Thursday,

April 7.
