The 22 Lustre Christian High School dorm students and dorm parents were in dress attire to serve those who attended their first-ever dorm fundraiser dinner at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, after church at the dining area of the LCHS. They created a festive atmosphere with hanging lights and tables decorated with small candles, evergreen cuttings, miniature frosted trees and formal dishes. The delicious meal was prepared by Toni Bell, their dorm cook. Students took the orders and served the meal complete with appetizer choices of creamy chicken tortellini soup, Caesar or Italian salad and main dishes of lasagna or chicken alfredo. Dessert was a choice of cheesecake or lava cake. Babysitting was provided with a children’s menu, making it possible for young families to attend.
