Lustre Drops Match To Froid/Lake Squad

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks picked up a league victory during action at Lustre Christian on Thursday, Sept. 21.

The Red Hawks got off to a good start with a 25-14 victory in the first set.

Froid/Lake then won the next two sets by scores of 2513 and 25-21.

The Red Hawks will travel to Nashua for a match on Thursday, Sept. 28, and Culbertson on Friday, Sept. 29.

Lustre bounced back with a 25-17 25-11, 25-5, victory over Brockton on Friday, Sept. 22.

The Lions will travel to Plentywood on Friday, Sept. 29.

During the Red Hawks’ recent victory over Richey/ Lambert, leaders included Jaeleigh Davidson with five aces and Isabelle Nordwick with eight kills. Mara Salvevold finished with two blocks and 13 digs. Addison Elvsaas had 13 assists.

In the victory against Mon-Dak, Davidson served five aces. Salvevold accounted for 10 kills and one block. Elvsaas had 17 assists. Brooklynn Nordwick finished with 13 digs.
