Bulldogs Post League Victories

The Bainville Bulldogs swept sets against both Mon-Dak and Lustre Christian during volleyball action last week.

The Bulldogs knocked off MonDak by a 25-20, 25-22, 259, final on Thursday, Oct. 5.

Leaders for the Bulldogs included Brecklyn Pippenger with four aces, six kills, seven digs and two blocks.

Elsie Wilson finished with seven kills, nine digs and two blocks. Hailey Berwick served eight aces and added eight digs.

Lila Butikofer accounted for 10 kills and a block. Miah Pippenger had five kills and four digs.

Kendra Romo finished with 21 assists.

The Bulldogs then downed Lustre, 25-10, 25-18, 25-23, on Friday, Oct. 6.

B. Pippenger enjoyed a solid match with eight kills, three aces, seven digs and two blocks.

Wilson accounted for four aces, four kills, five digs and two blocks. Berwick served four aces.

M. Pippenger had six aces and four kills. Butikofer finished with five aces and a block.

Kendra Romo had 17 assists.

The Bulldogs will play at Plentywood on Thursday, Oct. 12, and host Richey/ Lambert on Saturday, Oct. 14.
