Festive seasonal road hazards started appearing amid the construction signs on 5th Street East in Culbertson this week. Local seasonal happenings include an invite from Culbertson Cub Scout Pack 4293 to all current and former pack members to attend a Halloween themed event Friday, Oct. 20, in Williston, N.D. at Safari Trampoline. The event is a reward for their years of hard work and fundraising. There will be prizes and game cards at the free event, as well as face painting, a costume contest and more.
