Lustre Boys Knock Off Nashua
Lustre’s boys’ basketball team stayed undefeated with an 84-49 league victory in Nashua on Friday, Dec. 15.
After leading 15-5 at the end of the first quarter, the Lions increased the gap to 41-20 at the half.
The Lions ran off 28 points in the third quarter for a 6936 advantage.
Johnslee Pierre accounted for 32 points to lead Lustre’s offensive attack. Others reaching double figures were Cayden Klatt with 18 and Terran Joseph with 14 points. Also scoring were Cam Reddig with eight, Ife Aniobi with four, Byron Ewing with three, Prestyn Klatt with two, Eyosias Ayalew with two and Diek Olfert with one.
Top scorers for Nashua were Grady Nielsen with 21 and Noah Leckie with 16 points.
