Northside Students Play Tunes For Audience Members

Parents and grandparents were delighted as Northside Elementary School students performed a winter concert on Wednesday afternoon.

“It’s just an opportunity for you to see where we are at,” music instructor Russell Johnson said to audience members.

The students played four songs including the holiday tunes of Jingle Bells and Good King Wenceslas.

“It was short. What it was, was just a showcase of them,” Johnson said to the audience.

The band will hold its next concert in May.
