The Wolf Point track team features a turnout of 31 athletes including seven seniors heading into the season.

Peyton Summers returns for the Wolves after finishing third in the 3200-meter run and fifth in the 1600-meter run at last year’s Class B state track meet. The senior earned the state cross-country championship earlier this school year.

Charlie Page, a senior, is expected to be one of the top throwers in the division.

Senior sprinters Maddox Reum and Preston Swenson also return for the Wolves as Wolf Point is expected to feature quality relay teams again this year.

Trenton Hamilton returns to run in distance races for the Wolves. After missing the last two seasons, senior Lennoxx Lilley is anticipated to help the Wolves in weight events.

Michael Bell should fare well in throws and sprints during the campaign. Sean Hamilton had a solid freshman year in weights and is expected to build on that success.

On the girls’ side, senior Kylie Rodenberg is a force for the Wolves in hurdles and jumping events.

Kashlyn Speak Thunder, a sophomore, qualified for state last season in both the long jump and triple jump.

Marley Moran, Ali Corpron and Kaleigh White Bear should be some of Wolf Point’s top performers in throwing events.

Pole vault should be an event to watch as Tavian Bell, Jesse Reed and Teagan Williams are among the Wolves with good potential.

RC Page is the team’s head coach. Assistants are Eric Peterson, Jason Brock, Zander Ackerman and Dave Allen. Abby Juve is a volunteer coach.

Wolf Point will host the district track meet on May 11.
