Froid/Lake Boys Take Fourth At Fairview


Froid/Lake’s boys struck for 60 points to capture fourth-place honors in the team standings at the Fairview Invitational on Wednesday, May 1.
Mason Dethman was a double-winner with a time of 12.22 seconds in the 100 and 24.16 seconds in the 200. The senior placed second in the shot put at 42-11.
Daniel Forizs finished first in the 400 at 55.55 seconds. He was fifth in the 200 at 25.36 seconds.
Cian Logan earned fourth place in the shot put at 39-11.
Robertson placed fifth in the 800 at 2:30.11 and fifth in the 1600 at 5:32.02.

relay team consisting of Olson, Nate Stentoft, Joseph Robertson and Forizs took fifth at 4:01.49.
In the girls’ division, Isabelle Nordwick ran the 400 in 1:05.19 for third place.
Mara Salvevold finished sixth in the 100 at 14.37 seconds.
The 400-meter relay team of Leah Murray, Nordwick, Jordyn Breuer and Salvevold earned fifth place with a time of 57.11 seconds.
