Froid Council Talks Library Improvements

The Froid Town Council signed the new interlocal agreement with the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office. Undersheriff John Summers was on hand to answer questions.

Clerk LeAnn Krumwiede Johnson reported that the town received its final draw from the ARPA grant for work televising and cleaning sewer mains completed last fall.

Improvements to the Froid Library were discussed, including a type of awning that would help with water that melts off the roof and pools on the sidewalk. The topic was tabled until next month to enable more research.

The next regular Froid Town Council meeting is set for Monday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m.
