Opportunity Bank of Montana has announced that Joshua Toews has been named the new branch president of the Wolf Point branch.

“Josh is driven to help provide clients with top-tier service. He has deep ties to the land, having grown up on his family’s ranch and running his own operation,” said Kris Simensen, Opportunity Bank of Montana Northeast Montana regional market president. “He understands agriculture and the challenges operators are facing.”

After serving in the U.S. Air Force for six years, Toews worked in the aviation and grain industries before starting his career in banking with First Community Bank in 2020, which was acquired by Opportunity Bank in 2022. His experience as a rancher and operations manager with Columbia Grain gives him an exceptional understanding of the needs of his customers in agriculture.

“I am proud to call Wolf Point my home and am humbled at the opportunity to work in my hometown and with the outstanding team we have here at Opportunity Bank,” Toews said.

Toews spends his time outside of the office with his wife, Bethany, raising five children, camping, golfing, fishing and spending time with family.

Opportunity Bank of Montana is a community bank offering a full range of lending, checking, and digital services for businesses and individuals across Montana.
