Brockton Earns Place At Wolf Point Meet

 

The Brockton Warriors captured third-place honors in the girls’ division during the cross country meet in Wolf Point on Friday, Aug. 30.

Brockton finished with 61 points, behind only Poplar with 21 and Scobey with 49 points.

Braelynn Demarrias led the Warriors by taking seventh place with a time of 24:03.2.

Tamryn Bauer, a junior, placed 14th at 25:51.9. Taylor Cummins earned 24th place at 27:26.1. Jade Olney, a freshman, took 31st place at 29:26.7. Marlene Fish, a junior, was 37th at 31:29.3.

In the boys’ division, Joshua Firemoon ran the course in 20:29.7 for 15th place.

Miles Boxer Jr. had a time of 21:05.4 to earn 19th place.
