Runners Compete In Scobey

Runners from Wolf Point, Frazer and Brockton were among the participants at the Scobey Invitational cross country meet held on Friday, Sept. 13.

Wolf Point’s boys earned seventh in the team standings with 77 points.

Williston Trinity Christian topped the field with 17 points. Scobey was second with 24 and Dodson placed third with 29 points.

Wolf Point’s Reilly Rees finished in ninth place with a time of 20:54.2.

Carlo Weiser took 21st place at 22:15.2. Ezekiel Payne ran the course in 28:16.8 for 40th place.

Trinity Christian’s Benjamin Crosby was the overall winner with a time of 19:16.35.

Brockton’s girls earned second place with 21 points. Scobey was the top girls’ team with 19 points.

Brockton’s BraeLynn De-Marrias earned fourth place with a time of 25:03.7. Tamryn Bauer took fifth place at 25:20.3.

Taylor Cummins placed 13th at 27:20.7. Raykira Track was 27th at 30:44.1.

Mackenzie Jones ran the course in 31:01.6 for 28th place. Jade Olney was 29th at 32:30.0. Marlene Fish placed 30th at 32:41.0.

Scobey’s Mya Green earned first in the girls’ division with a winning time of 22:34.30.

Brockton’s Miles Boxer Jr. finished fourth in the boys’ race with a time of 19:53.9.

Joshua Firemoon placed sixth at 20:08.8.

Frazer’s Gabe Beston finished fifth with a time of 19:55.08. Cassius Smoker was 29th at 22:32.33.

Frazer’s girls were seventh in the team standings with 61 points.

Brianna Beston ran the course in 28:50.2 for 22nd place.

Noli Sibley had a time of 29:09.16 for 23rd place. Elli Mail took 32nd at 33:15.57.
