Simulation In Motion To Provide Pediatric Simulation Training
On Thursday, Oct.19, Simulation in Motion Montana (SIM-MT) will host an important pediatric simulation training session for local EMS providers in Roosevelt County.
This high-fidelity training will focus on emergency scenarios involving children, including asthma, overdose, burns, and hypothermia. The goal is to enhance the preparedness and skills of local EMS teams in handling critical pediatric emergencies.
The event provides an invaluable opportunity for local EMS providers to engage in hands-on, realistic training scenarios that replicate the pressures of real-life situations. This simulation-based training is designed to improve the quality of emergency care for children, ultimately benefiting families and residents throughout the area.
“We know that pediatric emergencies require specialized skills, and this training is essential for ensuring our local EMS teams are prepared to respond quickly and effectively,” said Sara Kaull, executive director of SIM-MT.
