Bainville Concrete will not be able to install the new sidewalk in front of the park this year. They will be required to sign a contract stating that they will get in completed in the spring of 2025.

A request to release water rights for the water well on Dave Granley’s property was considered. The council discussed possibly keeping it for a backup water option. It will be on the November meeting agenda.

Minutes for the Sept. 9 meeting were approved, as were the treasurers report, cash balance report, YTD expense vs budget, YTD revenue vs budget and bank statements, utility billing, claims and JV for September, as well as payroll in the amount of $8,354.35.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. at the Bainville Town Hall.
